Blue Hour Studio is centretown’s exclusive spot for music lessons, recording and rehearsal. Founded by 3 musicians, Blue Hour Studio’s goal is simple: to create a warm and inspiring atmosphere for anyone looking to invest in themselves musically. We offer music lessons in voice, guitar, bass guitar, piano, drums, and songwriting - all taught by accomplished musicians with a passion for making lessons fun and rewarding!

RehearsalPractice makes perfect.

Blue Hour Studio offers a basement rehearsal space equipped with a PA system, amplifiers and a drum kit on their basement floor. Available for usage between 8-11 PM everyday. Email us for booking - timeslots are limited! Rates: $20/hour | $50 for a 3 hour jam | $190 for a weekly 3 hour slot.

Harrison Singer

Harrison Singer is a bassist, guitarist and composer who currently in his final year at Carleton University in the Bachelor of Music program. He is a part of 11+ musical projects across Ottawa which covers a wide variety of genres such as Jazz, Reggae, Samba, Funk, Rock, Blues and many more.
Dan Robidoux

Dan Robidoux

Voice, Piano
Dan has been playing the piano for 15 years, which has slowly transformed from hobby, to passion, to career path. He is in his 4th year studying music at Carleton University, and is currently completing his first studio album, which is to be released Spring of 2017.
Jamie Orser

Jamie Orser

Jamie is an experienced drummer and teacher currently enrolled in his 4th year at Carleton University’s Bachelor of Music Program. He has been working for 8 years on developing a style and portfolio that focuses on the musical elements of drumming (with the help from drummers such as T Bruce Wittet, Jesse Stewart, and JP Bouvet), involving actively listening, a solid sense of time, and writing ‘for the music’, to list a few. Jamie is also playing with The Tackies, an active Carleton student formed band in which he co-founded.
